The Inxpect controller for radar sensors serves as the link between the sensors (up to a maximum of six sensors) and the PLC that controls the machine. The controllers are available with five different interfaces: PROFIsafe, FSoE, Modbus, USB, and CIP Safety, making them highly versatile. Each controller is equipped with multiple (digital) inputs and safety outputs, and offers extensive options for both local and remote connectivity.
Configuration and system checkThanks to the Inxpect Safety Application software, all connected radars can be easily configured, allowing parameters of both the radar sensors and the controller's inputs and outputs to be set. Additionally, a complete system check can be performed, monitoring the status of the sensors, the controller, and all inputs and outputs. Depending on the model, it is also possible to switch between 8 or 32 different configurations in real time, providing maximum flexibility. Certain models also offer support for an SD card for backup and recovery.
