Returning goods and applying for RMA
Would you like to return a defective delivery? Please fill in the RMA-form (Return Material Authorisation). In the form, the following information is relevant:
- your NAW data;
- the reason of return;
- the specific information of the goods;
- a clear error description if it is a repair.
Please return the form by mail.
After we received your RMA form, we return you the RMA form, equipped with an RMA number. Under clear indication of the RMA-number on the packaging, you can send the goods to our shipping address:
