The 800-CON modules enable the use of one or more 800-CT8-A current measurement module(s) at a great distance from a UMG 800 series main module. The 800-CON is supplied as a
set of 2 modules. One module can be placed near the current measurement module(s) and the other near a UMG 800 series main module. The communication modules, with an integrated connection, can be easily connected to the current measurement module(s) and main module by simply sliding them onto the DIN rail against the respective module. The 800-CON communication modules can be interconnected with a shielded twisted pair data cable (4 x 2 x 0.5 mm²) with a maximum length of 100 meters. The connection of the data cable is made via screw terminals.
