The Safegate series light curtains from ReeR Safety are muting light curtains and offer the solution when there needs to be access for products, but not for people. With a muting light curtain, access to a dangerous zone is temporarily disabled (muting), so that products can be safely moved in and out of the zone.
The ReeR Safety muting light curtain makes it possible to safely carry products in and out in a T-arrangement. In an L-arrangement, it is only possible to carry out products. Muting can also be applied in an I-arrangement, where muting sensors can be placed themselves.
Main Features of the Muting Light Curtain:
- Resolution of 30, 40 mm with 2, 3, and 4 beams.
- Choice of a system with transmitter/receiver or a passive reflector.
- Crossed beams of 55 x 50 mm or parallel beams.
- Secured height of 300...2200 mm.
- IP65 and IP67 sealing for protection against dust and water.
- Temperature range from -30°C to +55°C.
