OV Series Manual Pinch Valves
The OV series pinch valves come with a handwheel option for easy manual operation. The valve body is crafted from durable, powder-coated aluminum, and the internal sleeve is securely linked to the handwheel mechanism for precise control. The valve can be opened or closed either by single-sided closure (DN 15 to DN 50) or double-sided closure (DN 65 to DN 250). Available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 250, the OV series can also be equipped with food-grade sleeves for industries requiring hygienic flow control.
RV Series Manual Pinch Valves
The RV series pinch valves also offer a handwheel-operated version. These valves are constructed with a robust gray cast iron body (GJL250). The internal sleeve is available in different elastomer types, with or without an opening flap. Sleeves featuring an opening flap are connected directly to the mechanism, allowing for rapid full-bore flow. The RV series is offered in sizes from DN 25 to DN 250 and can also be customized with food-safe sleeves. For valves DN 250 and larger, the handwheel includes an additional reduction gear for easier operation.
