About us
Ebora is specialized in pneumatics, instrumentation and fittings. It is a technical wholesale business, but we offer so much more. This company is the Mecca for the curious and ambitious technician that would like to act as creative and dissolving. We are involved in conceptual engineering and come up with solutions that were not shown previously. Why? Because sometimes things are possible in a more efficient, cheaper and smarter way. And because that is how we are: it is a style of working that is part of our DNA.

10 December 2025 Christmas Dinner at Restaurant Klein Hartenstein
Last week, together with our employees and their partners, we once again enjoyed our annual Christmas dinner. This year, we were guests at Restaurant Klein Hartenstein, where we concluded the year together after a pleasant evening filled with excellent food.
Prior to the dinner, we gathered for an informal and atmospheric reception with drinks and appetizers at Frank and Charlotte’s home – a wonderful start to a special evening.
During the convivial reception, several heartfelt speeches were given, focusing on Ebora’s 25th anniversary. Attention was paid to what we have built together over the years, while also looking ahead to the future. A special moment was the recognition of Judith Onderstal, who joined Ebora on 10 December 2010 and celebrated her 15-year work anniversary this year.
At the end of the evening, everyone returned home happy and satisfied, with fond memories and a festive Christmas gift.
A successful evening that we look back on with great pleasure.
Forklift Certification Round at Ebora Wednesday 26 November 2025
It was time again for a new certification round at Ebora for the safe operation of the forklift. Everyone who carries out work in our warehouse must hold a valid certificate — safety always comes first.
This year we had the in-house course provided by Kees de Vaan Opleidingen. They came to our site to explain both the theory and the practice in a clear and practical way.
And we can proudly say: everyone passed with flying colours! A great result and a solid safety foundation for continuing our warehouse activities in a professional way.
Friday, 29 September, Ebora hosted the annual BHV refresher course
Thanks to BHV.NL, we’re fully refreshed in CPR, extinguishing small fires, and other essential skills. Together with 8 colleagues we practiced and laughed, but above all learned a lot. It’s reassuring to know that, as a team, we’re ready if it’s ever really needed!
23 September 2025 Cozy Lunch in Heteren - Ebora 25 Years
In addition to our anniversary weekend on Vlieland, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year with a fun extra activity every month. Today’s program featured a joint lunch with all colleagues. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Eetcafé ’t Dorp in Heteren and had a great time together in a warm atmosphere.

1 September 2025 We warmly welcome Douwe Berghuijs back to Ebora!
After a successful first internship, he is joining us for a second time. Over the past year, he has clearly gained more technical knowledge and has truly grown as a person. It’s great to see his continued development — we look forward to an educational and enjoyable period together!
Friday, 22 August 2025 – Golf for a Good Cause
Friday, 22 August 2025 was all about sportsmanship and social engagement for Team Ebora.
Together, we took part in the golf tournament organized by Rotary Club Ede Kernhem and Rotary Club Doorwerth at the beautiful Heelsumse Golf Club.
The proceeds from this well-organized and convivial tournament – with over 100 participants – went to two wonderful causes:
“Shopping without a checkout” in Ede and the Odensehuis in Doorwerth, a meeting place for people with early-stage dementia.
Thanks to entry fees, raffles, and other activities, both Rotary clubs look back on a very successful day.
And we are proud to report: Team Ebora took 2nd place!
A fine achievement we look back on with pleasure.
May 25, 2025 – Anniversary Weekend on Vlieland – Ebora Turns 25
What an amazing weekend!
To celebrate our 25th anniversary, the entire Ebora team – including partners and children – travelled to the beautiful island of Vlieland.
And we had an incredible time!
From an exciting RIB boat tour to spot seals to a thrilling ride across the sandy plains with the Vliehors Express – it was a weekend full of fun, connection, and unforgettable memories.
We captured group photos that perfectly reflect the weekend: one in sturdy wind jackets at the harbour before the seal tour, and one in our own Ebora 25 Years hoodies during the Vliehors Express ride. Of course, a visit to the local brewery was also part of the experience!
Thanks to everyone who joined us – this was Ebora at its best: professional, engaged, and having fun together. Here's to the next 25 years!
April 14, 2025 Easter Lunch
Our traditional Monday lunch had a festive twist this week: it became a full-fledged Easter lunch! While enjoying the delicious food, everyone was surprised with a chocolate hen – always good for a smile.
On top of that, the anticipation for our staff weekend grew even more. Although it was already known that we’re heading to Vlieland together in May, everyone now received an informative booklet about the island and the weekend program. This trip is not without reason: Ebora celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! And we’re celebrating with all employees and their partners. The Easter lunch set the tone – we’re ready for that weekend! Ebora and its employees wish everyone a Happy Easter.
February 2, 2025 - Ebora Celebrates 25th Anniversary
Today, February 2, 2025, we celebrated Ebora's 25th anniversary with the entire team. It was a festive day filled with joy and wonderful moments. The interior was decorated with streamers and balloons, instantly creating a celebratory atmosphere. The day started with coffee and cake, followed by an extensive lunch. During lunch, we toasted to our beautiful company, our dedicated employees, and the successes we have achieved together. It was a moment of pride and gratitude. A special highlight of the day was the surprise for Frank and Charlotte. The employees delighted them with a beautiful photo collage on canvas, as a lasting memory of this milestone. The festivities don't stop here: in May 2025, we will go with all employees and their families for a weekend to Vlieland to further celebrate this joyous occasion. We look forward to an unforgettable anniversary year!
December 19, 2024 Christmas Dinner at Restaurant Beaune
At Restaurant Beaune, Ebora's annual Christmas dinner recently took place, where employees and their partners gathered to celebrate the end of the year. In a beautiful ambiance, they enjoyed an evening filled with delicious dishes and heartfelt conversations. The warm atmosphere and refined menu ensured everyone had a great time.
This year, there was also a reflection on the past year and a look ahead to what 2025 may bring. As a surprise, all attendees received a beautiful Christmas gift, packaged in a stylish weekend bag with the Ebora 25-year logo. This provided a glimpse of the special jubilee in 2025 when Ebora celebrates its 25th anniversary. It was an evening to be proud of and a wonderful conclusion to a successful year.
December 16, 2024 Christmas Lunch
The end of the year is approaching, and our regular Monday lunch was transformed into a festive Christmas lunch.
Together with the colleagues present, we enjoyed delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere.
October 15, 2024 Team Outing Pasta & Sauce Making
Last Monday, we had another fun team outing.
This time, we made pasta and sauces at MoltoGusto in Heteren, where we were divided into teams. Together, we had a very enjoyable and delicious evening, creating the most flavorful pasta and fillings. After cooking, we enjoyed our homemade dishes. It was another successful team outing!
September 27, 2024, Refresher Course for Emergency Response (BHV)
Our annual refresher course, provided by BHV.NL, was once again a success!
All participants received their certificates and are completely up-to-date. From bandaging wounds to CPR, firefighting, and evacuations—all essential skills have been refreshed.
We are proud of everyone's dedication and the outcome of this educational day!
August 5, 2024 What an extraordinary experience to see the flag of Ebora Process Automation waving at the top of Mount Meru, the second highest and steepest mountain in Tanzania!
This achievement symbolizes not only a physical challenge, but also the strength of determination and perseverance that we embrace at Ebora every day.
Reaching this steep summit reminds us that, regardless of the obstacles, we always continue striving for new heights – just as we do in our projects. Inspired by this achievement, we continue our ambition to reach the top together with our customers!
May 5, 2024 Collaboration for Nature and Corporate Social Responsibility
Ebora Process Automation BV, Bedu Pompen B.V. (part of the Rubix group), and VolkerWessels Telecom have joined forces to place an insect hotel, promoting further greening in Heteren, Municipality of Overbetuwe.
We are proud of our collaboration and our shared commitment to a greener future. Together, we are working towards a better world, with a heart for nature.
May 22, 2024 Team Outing!
The Ebora team outing literally fell through in every way due to poor weather forecasts and lots of rain.
We had planned a trip on the Rhine with a sloop and followed by a BBQ provided by De Oude Herbergh at the harbor.
Fortunately, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant of De Oude Herbergh. Still a bit of a team outing feeling.
The sloop trip is still on the agenda, but the coming months are dedicated to the well-deserved vacations.

6 May 2024 Douwe Berghuijs has started as an intern at Ebora.
Douwe is a 1st year student at RijnIJssel and is studying Technician Engineering. His greatest hobby is tinkering with scooters.

March 25, 2024 Easter lunch / happy Easter!
Our weekly lunch on Monday has been transformed into a true Easter lunch this Monday.
Easter bread, painted colorful eggs, chocolate Easter bunnies and delicious Easter chocolates were on the table in addition to the normal lunch. How nice that everyone was present! On behalf of Ebora and its employees, we wish everyone happy Easter!
March 15, 2024 Ebora Also Embraces Greening
Today, Ebora has taken another step towards more greening of the premises.
Six tree planters have been placed. Let spring come and let the trees give beautiful leaves!
The next greening project is on the starting blocks. More information will follow asap.
December 22, 2023 Christmas Lunch/Dinner at Volker Wessels
This year, we were invited to a Christmas lunch/dinner at Volker Wessels (tenants at the Ebora warehouse and office).
We enjoyed an extensive buffet, along with the employees of Volker Wessels Telecom and Tijo Reuvers Recycling, our neighbors.

December 13, 2023 - Christmas Dinner at 't Kalkoentje
And then it's December again.
We closed 2023 with a high-quality and excellent dinner at 't Kalkoentje in Rhenen with our employees and partners.
A beautiful reflection on 2023 and a look ahead to what we expect from 2024. We even touched on 2025 for a moment.
Ebora will be 25 years old by then!
A comparison was made between Ebora and 't Kalkoentje. The passion, added value, and expertise of the employees of Ebora and 't Kalkoentje make the difference!

September 4, 2023 - Introducing Bram!
We would like to introduce Bram to you!
Bram is doing an internship at Ebora until February 2023. He is a 3rd-year student in the Technicus Engineering program at the RijsIJssel college in Arnhem.
He will be building pneumatic controlled test setups for our Innovation Center.
So that Ebora can show its customers the pneumatic principles and the difference between good and faulty installations.
We wish Bram a lot of success and enjoyment during his internship.
June 22, 2023 - Last day of internship for Milan & Els!
Our interns Milan and Els (4th-year Technicus Engineering at Rijn IJssel) have successfully completed their internship at Ebora.
With enthusiasm and dedication, they upgraded the demo wall in the innovation center with a new PLC control system.
It was a massive task, but they managed to pull it off!
These bright minds aim to further their development by pursuing a higher education at a university.

June 1, 2023 - Highly successful open day / roadshow / museum!
In conjunction with the Roadshow of +GF+, customers, suppliers, friends, and family members visited Ebora BV.
A temporary museum was set up with unique pieces from the aviation history of Ebora (Grandfather Jan Schiere).
All pieces were handed over to the Aviodrome, and an exhibition about Ebora at the Aviodrome will follow!
A tour of Ebora, getting to know our Innovation Center and our new Panel Building department, a presentation by +GF+, and the food truck from De Oude Herbergh generated a lot of enthusiasm.

What a fun activity! You get to know your colleagues in a different way.
There was a centimeter-by-centimeter battle to see which ball was closest to the small ball.

Our warehouse and service employees, Marcel, Jeroen, and Steyn, are looking sharp once again.

March 10, 2023 - The men of Ebora continue their racing adventures!
An evening of go-karting in Duiven was once again a success.
The men were able to measure their speed and strength against each other. The younger generation managed to reach the podium.
Our youngest member, Steyn, outpaced all his colleagues and secured the 1st position.
March 2, 2023 - Our interns keep their brains working!
Look, there are our interns, Els and Milan, playing a game of chess during lunch break.
Els and Milan are doing their internship at Ebora from February 2023 to June 2023 (4th-year Technicus Engineering at Rijn IJssel).
They are upgrading the PLC control of our demo wall in the innovation center.
August 12, 2022 - First Aid training at Ebora
Ebora also needs to comply with the guidelines of the RI&E.
One of the requirements is to have a First Aid responder. The enthusiasm for registrations was high. With 8 colleagues, we received First Aid training provided by BHV.nl at the Ebora location.

May 16, 2022 - Golf Clinic at Pitch & Putt
A golf clinic with the fun team of Ebora in Elst.
We had an hour-long clinic with a pro explaining the basics of golfing, and we could practice on the driving range and putting green. Frustration, laughter, mishits, and beautiful shots!
Then we hit the Pitch & Putt course where we played 9 holes, followed by a delicious dinner at the Golfclub restaurant in Elst.
March 29, 2022 - Bowling with Ebora
The first company outing after the COVID-19 pandemic. How nice!
Bowling with the Ebora team in Arnhem, followed by a meal at an Italian restaurant.
Bowling turned out not to be as easy as everyone thought. After lots of fun, laughter, and gutter balls, Fabian emerged as the winner of the evening.
