OV Series Pneumatic Pinch Valves
The OV series pneumatic pinch valves come with a two-part valve body made of powder-coated aluminum, featuring flange connections in accordance with EN 1092 PN10 standards. The sleeve is permanently integrated into the mechanism, ensuring precise control. These valves are available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 250 and can be fitted with food-grade sleeves for hygienic applications.
Depending on the nominal size, the following pneumatic cylinder configurations are offered:
- DN 15 to DN 65: One pneumatic cylinder, single-acting (Type PA) or double-acting (Type P)
- DN 65 to DN 250: Two pneumatic cylinders, single-acting (Type PA2) or double-acting (Type P2)
Looking for a normally closed option? The PA and PA2 models automatically close in the event of compressed air or energy failure, ensuring secure shut-off.
RV Series Pneumatic Pinch Valves
The RV series pneumatic pinch valves feature a durable body made of painted gray cast iron (GJL250) and are equipped with flange connections according to DIN EN 1092-1 PN10 or ANSI B16.5 / 150lbs standards. The sleeve is available with or without an opening flap, which aids in fully opening the valve for complete pipe diameter access. These valves are available in nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 200, with each size fitted with a double-acting pneumatic cylinder for robust operation.
Pneumatic RV pinch valves are available in the following pressure classes:
- Operating pressure up to 1 bar
- Operating pressure up to 6 bar
- Operating pressure up to 10 bar
- Operating pressure up to 16 bar
- Higher pressure classes available upon request
