These RV pinch valves feature flange connections on both sides, conforming to DIN EN 1092-1 PN10, PN16, or ANSI B16.5 / 150lbs standards. The valve body is made from durable, painted gray cast iron (GJL250), ensuring long-lasting performance.
The integrated sleeves are offered in a variety of elastomer qualities and can be supplied with or without an opening flap. When equipped with an opening flap, the sleeve is firmly connected to the mechanism and is forcefully opened by it. If there is sufficient operating pressure on the medium side, the sleeve can be opened by the pressure alone, often making the opening flap unnecessary.
The RV series pinch valves are available in the following pressure classes:
- Up to 1 bar operating pressure
- Up to 6 bar operating pressure
- Up to 10 bar operating pressure
- Up to 16 bar operating pressure
- Higher pressure classes available on request
The RV pinch valves are offered in DIN 3202 F5 and ASME B16-short versions to suit various installation requirements.
