The TP51 temperature sensor in the Quicktemp series enhances the accessibility of measuring points without the need to open them for maintenance or calibration work. The device is easily inserted into or removed from the sheath, saving time and resources while ensuring process safety.
The design of the Quicktemp system is based on one basic device with various fitting lengths or process connections, assuming defined fitting lengths. This guarantees a high degree of flexibility for the user, minimizing storage costs.
Application-appropriate fitting lengths and process connections are available. The temperature sensor can be designed as a resistance output (4-wire) or equipped with a transmitter. The short installation length and coordinated process connections allow installation in pipes with a small nominal width, especially with the T516 compact device. Avoid high temperature stress at the connection head. Installation into the Quicktemp sheath system should use thermal conductance paste to ensure short response times.
