Turbidity Sensor TURBIMESS NG


TURBIMESS NG is an optical sensor that measures the reflected radiation originating from particles or fat droplets in liquid media.

The Turbimess NG turbidity meter is suitable for performing linearized turbidity measurements up to 4000 NTU and for conducting turbidity measurements based on reference points for dairy products with a fat content of up to 30%.


Applications of Turbidity Measurement:
  • Detection of product changes (e.g., milk - cream - whey)
  • Continuous monitoring of, for example, milk fat content / quality control
  • Monitoring of the contamination level of cleaning agents during CIP
  • Detection of filter failure
  • Detection of yeast and turbid fruit juice

    • NTU mode (linear) for turbidity between 0 and 4,000 NTU
    • 9 selectable reference points for fat content up to 30%
