Hygienic Safety Valve 4000 Stainless Steel
In the field of hygienic applications or clean service applications, very high demands are placed on optimal cleanability and dead-space-free construction of components.
The development of the new safety applications valve series 4000, ranging from DN 25 to DN 100, meets these exact principles and therefore exists for the first time in a safety valve.
By using a conical membrane instead of a rubber flange, the area influenced by the medium is optimally separated. On all surfaces, the primary conical valve seal and the housing seals, these principles are fully implemented, making all surfaces easy to clean.
For lifting the valves, a pneumatic piston actuator is additionally available, and optionally, a proximity switch for displaying the valve opening.
