Pressure transducer integrated into a tube spring manometer – Type DMU
Description:
The pressure transducer, featuring a tube spring measuring system, is a mechanical pressure meter equipped with a local display and an integrated piezo-resistive sensor for remote transmission of pressure values through a constant analog signal at 0 or 4-20 mA.
The design ensures that the electrical output signal remains independent of the manometer indicator. This means that a malfunctioning manometer will not affect the electrical output signal, and vice versa.
Its vibration-resistant mechanical construction and high-grade electronic components make this pressure transducer suitable for operation under challenging conditions. For measurements at points with high dynamic loads, such as shocks, it is recommended to use the oil-filled pressure transducer as a special version.
The pressure transducer can also be configured to perform regulatory and control functions in process automation. For this purpose, devices can be equipped with electrical limit signal indicators, and various diaphragm seal connections are available.
Features:
- Output signals: 0-20 mA (3-wire) or 4-20 mA (2-wire)
- Pressure-measuring ranges: 0-1 or -1-0 to 0-1000 bar
- Electrical output signal is independent of the manometer indication
Options:
Limit signal indicator
