2781 Diverter ball valve made of gunmetal with pipe / threaded connection
Diverter ball valve for the installation of, for example, two safety valves in combination with rupture discs to protect containers intended for the storage of cryogenic gases.
The requirements of the PED regarding redundant or diverse safety provisions are met by this fixture in combination with safety valves from the 2400/2480 series. Two additional connections for rupture discs are available on each side. If the safety valves need maintenance or the rupture discs need replacement, the side requiring maintenance can be closed off.
For the storage of:
- Cryogenic liquified gases, such as LIN, LOX, LAr, CO2, LNG.
- N2 in pharmaceutical/food applications
- O2 for medical delivery equipment
- CO2 for food/industrial applications
- LAr for welding
- Cooling installations
