UFT32 Sealed Stainless Steel Ball Float Steam Trap
The UFT32 is a maintenance-free closed float steam trap made of austenitic stainless steel with a built-in air vent and universal coupling, designed for differential pressures up to 32 bar. The universal coupling allows easy and quick installation and disassembly without interrupting the pipeline. The couplings come in various configurations with flanged or SW pipe connections.
Air Vent:
The BP99/32 capsule used in the UFT32 is suitable for steam at 150C superheated @ 0 bar eff. and 50C superheated @ 32 bar eff.
Standards:
The body and cover are welded according to ASME Section IX and BS/EN 288. These products fully comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Certificates:
These products are available at an additional cost with a certificate according to EN 10204 3.1. Certificates are only provided upon request when ordering.

Specification:
The stainless steel steam trap is of the closed float type with a built-in air vent, suitable for a differential pressure of 4.5, 10, 14, 21, or 32 bar. The steam trap is maintenance-free and is attached to a universal coupling by means of two bolts, allowing for quick installation or replacement.
