FT14 Closed Float Steam Trap with Flanges
Nodular cast iron steam trap with closed float and built-in thermostatic air vent in stainless steel. Can be maintained without being removed from the pipeline.
Available Options:
FT14 (L-R) Flow direction from left to right
FT14 (R-L) Flow direction from right to left
By rotating the cover, the steam trap can be transformed on-site to have a vertical downward flow.
Capsule:
The BP99/32 capsule used in the FT14 is suitable for steam at 150C superheated @ 0 bar eff. and 50C superheated @ 32 bar eff.
Optional Accessories:
FT14-.. C An additional needle valve can be provided for use as an anti-steam stop system (SLR)
FT14-.. X With internal filter element

Installation:
The steam trap can be installed in a horizontal (R-L & L-R) or vertical (V) pipeline with the arrow on the housing indicating the flow direction. The flow direction of the steam trap can be changed: loosen the 4 bolts of the cover, rotate the housing according to the pipeline connections, and reassemble the cover with the arrow on the nameplate always vertically downward. Use a new cover gasket each time during assembly. The anti-steam stop system of the FT14-.. C is delivered in the open position. Close the needle valve clockwise.
