DCV3 / DCV3LT/ DCV3 Food+ Disc Check Valve
The disc check valves DCV3 and DCV3LT for flange installation are designed and manufactured according to EN558 part 1, series 49. They are suitable for a wide range of applications in process pipelines, hot and cold water pipelines, steam, and condensate pipelines. They are delivered with a standard metal-to-metal seal. Alternative sealing materials are possible for other fluids.
Options:- Reinforced spring for boiler feed, opening pressure 700 mbar, up to DN65
- Viton seal for oils and gases
- EPDM seal for water
Standards:
These disc check valves comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
Leak Tightness:
The standard valve conforms to EN 12266 Grade E. Upon request, it can conform to EN 12266 Grade D. Soft sealing conforms to EN 12266 Grade A as long as differential pressure is available.
Certifications:
The DCV3 and DCV3LT disc check valves are available with a "Type" test report. They are also available with an EN10204 3.1 certificate. Certificates are only provided upon request during ordering.
Diameters and Connections:
DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, and DN100.
Suitable for installation between BS 10 table 'E' and 'H', EN1092 PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40 JIS5, JIS10, JIS16, JIS20 flanges with the following exceptions:
- DN40, DN50, DN80, and DN100 do not fit between JIS5 flanges
- DN65 and DN80 do not fit between BS10 'E' flanges.
Option Configurations are marked as follows:- "N" - high-temperature spring - Standard metal seal
- "W" - without spring - Standard metal seal
- "H" - reinforced spring - Standard metal seal
- "V" - standard spring - Viton seal
- "E" - standard spring - EPDM seal
- "WV" - without spring - Viton seal
- "WE" - without spring - EPDM seal
- "HV" - reinforced spring - Viton seal
- "HE" - reinforced spring - EPDM seal
- "T" - tested according to EN 12266 Grade D
In the standard configuration, no special marking is applied to the housing of the disc check valve.
