DBB3 Double Block and Bleed Bellows Sealed Stop Valve
The DBB3 is a double block and bleed valve with bellows seal and blowdown connection, with the same installation dimensions as a single valve. It has been developed as an in-line double block and bleed valve for steam, gas, liquids, condensate, and water systems.
Available types of DBB3 with steel body and cover with PN40 or ASME300 connections.
Seat Seal
The sealing grade of valve/seat conforms to EN 12266-1 Grade A and ISO 5208 Grade A.
Blowdown Options
A blowdown connection is provided to depressurize the downstream valve when the upstream valve is closed. This connection can be executed as follows: DN15 flange, BSP or NPT threaded connection, or a socket weld connection. The type of connection must be specified when ordering.

This product fully complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive
2014/68/EU and bears the CE marking if desired.
Certificate
This product is available with the certificate according to
EN 10204 3.1. Note: All certification/inspection requirements must be specified when placing an order.

Flanged according to EN1092 PN40 or ANSI B16.5 Class 300.
Installation dimensions comply with BS EN558:2008.
