SV615 Safety Valve
Safety valve with full lift, integral inlet, and suitable for steam, compressed air, industrial gases, and liquids.

Available Types:
Available in 1/2" to 2" with a bronze body, internal threaded connections, and a stainless steel inlet. The smaller sizes can also be supplied with a 1 sanitary clamp connection on the inlet. All safety valves have a closed spring housing with either a lever or a gas-tight cap. Upon request, a soft seal in nitrile, EPDM, or viton is available. For frequent cleaning or aesthetic reasons, the safety valve can be supplied with an electroless nickel-plated (ELNP) finish for the body, cap (or gas-tight cap), and lever. Add the suffix P to the end of the nomenclature, see datasheet. Upon request, a version with ENP finish and nameplate in stainless steel is available.
Certificates:
Type Test Report stating the set pressure and the pressure for the cold water pressure test. On request and at an additional cost: certificate according to EN 10204 3.1.
Standards and Approvals:
The SV615 complies with the requirements of EN ISO 4126:2004. The SV615 is in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and bears the CE mark. The recognized body is the Royal and Sun Alliance. Tightness according to ANSI / API STD 527 - version 2002.
