PF6 Stainless Steel Piston Actuated On/Off Valves
Pneumatically operated 2-way valve with inclined spindle, stainless steel body, suitable for steam, water, compressed air, oil, and gases. The valve is opened or closed using compressed air on the piston, with a return spring. The standard version has a valve stem seal in PTFE suitable up to 180C. Upon request, a version is available with a valve stem seal (H) suitable up to 200C.

The pneumatic valves are available with 3 types of servomotor:
Type 1 (45 mm)
Type 2 (63 mm)
Type 3 (90 mm)
In the following configurations:
- NC (normally closed) - The valve is suitable for flow above the valve (port 1 to 2). Note: not recommended for preventing water hammer.
- NO (normally open) - The valve is suitable for flow below the valve (port 2 to 1). Can be used to prevent water hammer when closing the valve in liquids.
- BD (bi-directional, normally closed) - The valve is designed for applications with bi-directional flow and is of the anti-water hammer type for liquids with flow direction under the valve (from port 2 to 1). Note: To avoid water hammer in liquids with flow direction above the valve (port 1 to 2), the pressure must be lower than 1 bar eff.
