Spira-Trol Two-port Control Valves ASME Standard K and L Series(EN / ASME)
The Spira-Trol is a series of two-way control valves with a single seat and cage in accordance with EN or ASME standards. The housing is available in cast iron, steel, and stainless steel, in sizes DN15 to DN100 (1/2" to 4"). The control valves can be operated by a pneumatic or electric servomotor, for modulating or ON/OFF control.

SPIRA-TROL valve characteristics - options:
- LE and LEA Equal Percentage (E) - suitable for most modulating control, provides good control at all flow rates.
- LF and LFA Quick Opening (F) - For ON/OFF applications.
- LL and LLA Linear (L) - mainly for liquids with constant differential pressure across the control valve.
Important note: Throughout this document, the LE valve is referred to. With the exception of the valve characteristic, LE(A), LF(A), and LL(A) are identical.

- Metal - metal: 431 Stainless Steel - standard and 316L Stainless Steel
- Soft sealing: Up to 200C (392F) - PTFE Class VI and Up to 250C (482F) - PEEK Class VI
- Hardened: 316L Stainless Steel with Stellite 6 layer challenging applications
- Lid: Standard lid and extended lid for insulation or extreme (hot/cold) temperatures
- Cage: Standard cage and sound-reducing or anti-cavitation cage (see TI-S024-59)
SPIRA-TROL valves are compatible with the following servomotors and valve positioners:
- Electric AEL3, AEL5, and AEL6
- Pneumatic PN9000, TN2000
Standards: Designed in accordance with EN 60534. This product fully complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and bears the CE mark if required.
Certificates: This product is available with a material certificate according to EN 10204 3.1. Note: All necessary certificates must be explicitly mentioned when placing the order.
