Type 322A - ANSI High Pressure Sight Glass
Introducing our High-Pressure Tank Sight Glass Type 322A, designed for demanding high-pressure applications. This glass fitting is a reinforced sight glass based on our Type 321A.
Featuring a significantly strengthened flange and the use of sightglass plates beyond the standard dimensions of DIN 7080, the Type 322A allows us to achieve impressive operating pressures of up to 160 bar.
The sightglass is securely clamped in a similar manner to our trusted Type 321A, using pretensioning screws. This ensures that the fitting only needs to be professionally fastened to the carrier flange in your system to achieve the necessary sealing.
We offer a version suitable for elevated temperatures, utilizing appropriate seals and sightglass materials. Unfortunately, due to the high operating pressure, the installation of wipers and sprayers is not feasible with the Type 322A. However, we provide lighting solutions based on halogen or LED light.
Similar to our other round tank sight glasses, the Type 322A is available in various steel grades, making it adaptable to your specific requirements. Mica discs and a range of high-performance materials, such as quartz or sapphire glass, ensure coverage of the most demanding operating conditions.
