Filling level indicator Type 410
The ACI filling level indicator Type 410 features a closed casing with welded supports at the ends, facilitating installation into your existing system as needed.
Type 410 comes fully assembled before delivery and undergoes a pressure test, ensuring the filling level indicator is immediately ready for use upon proper installation.
For the viewing window, we utilize high-quality, chemical-resistant borosilicate glass according to DIN 7081. These glasses are available in “transparent” and “reflex” types. The transparent type boasts a smooth surface and can be optionally protected by a mica layer against aggressive media or high temperatures.
The “reflex” type includes internal indents that enhance the visibility of the fluid phase meniscus, especially in clear and colorless media, due to the different refraction of light compared to most transparent glasses. This version is recommended for operations involving water or alcohol.
Standard high-quality flat seal materials such as KlingerSIL C4400, Frenzelit novaphit, or Garlock Gylon are used for sealing. Additionally, soft seals made of silicon, EPDM, or NBR are directly available from us.
