High pressure Angled flow sight glass type 576
The ACI High Pressure Angled Sight Glass Type 576 is an advanced inline sight glass designed with 90° offset welding ends, making it ideal for seamless installation on pipe bends.
The inspection windows are crafted from borosilicate glass, adhering to DIN 7080 standards, and exhibit exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemicals. For alkaline media and high-temperature environments, we recommend additional protection with either a mica pane or an FEP protective pane.
We rely on high-quality flat gaskets from reputable manufacturers as sealing materials. The standard KlingerSIL C4400 aramid fibre gaskets are well-suited for most applications. For more demanding requirements, we provide Frenzelit novaphit MST graphite gaskets and gasket sheets made of pure or modified PTFE.
The body is meticulously manufactured from our selection of high-quality steel and stainless steel alloys with pressure equipment approval. Whether it's steel grades like P265GH or corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloys like 1.4404 (316) and 1.4571 (361Ti), we can fulfill any specification. Special alloys such as Hastelloy are also available upon request.
We custom manufacture the welding ends to fit pipes according to DIN standards, but we can also accommodate other standards like ASME, and even create special dimensions tailored to your individual specifications.
Similar to our other sight glass fittings with round sight windows, these sight glasses can be equipped with cleaning devices such as wipers and spray nozzles. Halogen and LED lights are also available directly from the factory.
