M21Si / M21Vi Ball Valves - Single-piece - Reduced Bore DN15-DN150
Single-piece ball valve with reduced bore and ISO support in standard configuration, designed as a shut-off valve for use with most industrial fluids, not as a control valve.
Available types: M21Si2 ISO - Galvanized steel body, PDR 0.8 seats
M21Si3 ISO - Stainless steel body, PDR 0.8 seats
M21Vi2 ISO - Galvanized steel body, PTFE seats
M21Vi3 ISO - Stainless steel body, PTFE seats
Standards:
The product is fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive and bears the marking if required.
Certificates:
Upon request, the product is available with a Type Test Report certificate and material certificate according to EN 10204 3.1. All certification/inspection requirements must be clearly specified when ordering.

- DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, and DN150.
- Flanges according to EN 1092 PN40.
Installation length:
- DN15 to DN100: according to DIN 3202 F4 (standard)
- DN15 to DN150: according to BS 2080 (on request)
Welding: .
Only versions with welding connections (SW, BW, Imperial Tube) may be welded. Versions with flanges must not be welded to prevent damage to the valve or injury to personnel.

- Extended spindles for installing insulation of 50 mm for DN15 to DN50 and 100 mm for DN15 to DN150.
- Lockable lever
- Extended spindle of 100 mm and lockable lever.
